Holding an M.Sc. in Management from the University of Mannheim, Thilo has gained 10 years of international consulting experience focused on growth, capital market transactions and M&A, transformation, and performance. In his last role, he served as Principal of thyssenkrupp Management Consulting, leading several projects related to plant engineering and industrial goods.
As Head of Strategy and M&A of thyssenkrupp nucera, Thilo was part of the core team in the company’s recent IPO at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. He will be responsible for steering and implementing thyssenkrupp nucera’s growth strategy, aiming to further raise the company’s profile as a global electrolysis technology leader and key enabler of the green transformation.
