Professional background:
Paul Dainora is a fourth-generation engineer holding a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering degree from Villanova University and an MBA in Economics & Finance from West Chester University, both in the USA. Paul has gained over 30 years of international experience in the hydrogen, LNG, petrochemical, energy, and industrial gas markets. Dainora’s career has been marked by his work with leading process technology licensors, rotating equipment suppliers, industrial gas companies, and module fabricators, providing him with a broad and deep understanding of the industry.
He currently holds the position of Head of Business Development Green Hydrogen at thyssenkrupp nucera, where he spearheads global business development initiatives for their state-of-the-art Alkaline Water Electrolyzer (AWE) technology, aiming to further raise the company’s profile as a global electrolysis technology leader and key enabler of the green transformation. In addition to his role at thyssenkrupp nucera, Dainora is also a member of the Management Board of the Vilnius Cogeneration Facility in Lithuania.
