Bruno “BP” Allaire, currently works full-time as CEO, Interim CFO and Director of Foothills Exploration, Inc., a micro-cap growth stage oil and gas exploration company. The company is focused on the acquisition and development of oil and natural gas properties in the U.S. Rocky Mountain region.
Mr. Allaire is an entrepreneurial executive leader and seasoned business operator with over 28 years’ domestic and international experience in a wide range of roles spanning sales, marketing, finance, strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and operations management within oil and gas exploration and development, wine and spirits import and distribution, distillation, restaurants, food, beverage, and digital music.
Mr. Allaire has decades of senior corporate leadership experience overseeing the growth, development, and management of publicly traded and privately held oil and gas exploration/production companies, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles.
Mr. Allaire is the former Managing Partner of Versailles Capital Partners, LLC, a multi-discipline strategic advisory and business development firm based in Los Angeles. He is experienced in executing a rollup strategy and specifically the integration of acquired companies into complex corporate entities with multiple wholly owned subsidiaries.
Mr. Allaire spearheaded the development and execution of a wine and spirits ‘industry rollup play’ (vertical integration), which involved acquiring five distinct businesses with combined annual revenues of $5.3M, while simultaneously closing on a $2.3M secured debt financing to fund combined operations. He also subsequently led the financial and operational integration of the acquired entities into a vertically integrated group.
Since 2007, Mr. Allaire has provided business development, financial management and strategic advisory services to numerous clients and various partnerships operating in the exploration and development of oil and gas in the Mid-Continent and Gulf-coast regions of the U.S.
Mr. Allaire graduated with a B.S. in Management, A.S. in Finance & Investments, and A.S. in Advertising & Public Relations all from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He later earned his M.B.A. from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Allaire is currently finishing a master’s degree certificate program in Environmental Policy and Management with a concentration in Energy & Sustainability from the University of Denver, Colorado.
