Graduated in Nautical Sciences from the Merchant Marine in Rio de Janeiro, André Magalhães has been operating for over 20 years in the shipping and ports sectors in Brazil and abroad. He has worked for companies such as Hamburg Sud and APM Terminals Pecém. In addition to his academic maritime training, André Magalhães has an MBA in International Management, from Centenary College in New Jersey, and an MBA with an emphasis in Strategy, from COPPEAD/FA7. Currently Commercial Director of the Port of Pecem in Brazil Northeast.
