Dr. Matteo Fabbri is responsible for the High Power Rectifier business line of ABB in North America. He received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Parma, Italy, his Master and PhD degrees in Mechanical engineering from UCLA, and his EMBA from the University of Maryland. He has worked in R&D for IBM and ABB Research Centers for several years before joining ABB’s High Power Rectifier team with which he has successfully worked since 2012 helping developing and selling DC power supplies and electrification solutions for chemicals and graphite plants, DC Arc furnaces, and Aluminum Smelters.
