Mr. Simuro is currently serving on the Board of Managers and is CEO & President of BoMax, applying his financial, entrepreneurial, and manufacturing experience to help guide the company.
Mr. Simuro began his career working as a CPA with Arthur Andersen and KPMG. In 2003, he accepted a position with Synovus Bank and was later promoted to Regional Vice President, where he oversaw all financial and strategic matters for 6 separately chartered banks.
Today Mr. Simuro owns all or portions of 7 different businesses serving in various corporate governance roles in the following industries: nonwoven fabrics, recyclable oil absorbents, metalized coating, carpet manufacturing, real estate, sensor floors, and hydrogen generation.
Mr. Simuro graduated from California State University-Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, holds an advanced degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, and has served as a part-time faculty member.
